An Editorial Design publication representing the Institute of Industrial Design. After visiting their product archive we were fascinated with a series of cooking utensils. The utensils were designed to enable them to be hung vertically by their handles.
For our book, since we did not want to show the products in their usual kitchen setting, we photographed them in other interesting places and surfaces. The background surfaces include different shades of stone to represent the silver/grey colour of the utensils and metal pipes/window-shutters/grids to link back to the material of the cooking utensils.
