This was a self-selected topic for publication based on the Editorial Design Module at the Academy of Art and Design.
180° is a project of photographs which I took of a round mirror in various places. My inspiration came from thoughts of integrating two different moods into one image. I was fascinated by the symmetry of a round shape and so I photographed the mirror in different places and on different surfaces. During the course of the project, I became aware of a tilt and shift lens. By changing the position of the special lens, I was able to avoid unwanted reflections of myself.
Each chapter is named after the background on which the mirror lies and the reflection in the mirror:

Chapter 3 - Stone and Nature
Chapter 4 - Nature and Nature
Chapter 5 - Stone and Architecture
Chapter 6 - Metal and Architecture
